Warranty & Returns

Effective Date: December 4, 2025

1. Our Commitment to Quality & Reliability

Lithium Battery Company is a leader in providing advanced, high-performance energy solutions. Our corporate philosophy is rooted in a deep commitment to engineering excellence, rigorous quality control, and unparalleled product reliability. This commitment is demonstrated by our adherence to internationally recognized quality management principles and our exceptionally low warranty claim rate, which is consistently maintained below 1%.
This document outlines our comprehensive warranty policy and our robust quality assurance framework, providing our valued partners and customers with a transparent and detailed understanding of our after-sales support and product integrity.

2. Five-Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty

2.1. Scope of Coverage

Lithium Battery Company warrants that its products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment. This warranty applies to products operated under normal use and service conditions, in accordance with the specifications and instructions provided.

2.2. Warranty Commencement

The warranty period begins on the date the product is shipped from our facility. This date will be documented on the bill of lading and the final invoice.

3. Policy for Custom-Engineered Battery Solutions

3.1. Non-Refundable Nature of Custom Orders

Due to the bespoke nature of our custom-engineered battery solutions, which are designed and manufactured to meet the unique and specific technical requirements of a customer’s application, all custom battery orders are non-refundable. The significant investment in specialized design, materials procurement, and dedicated production runs for these projects precludes the possibility of returns or exchanges.

3.2. After-Sales Support for Large-Scale Custom Orders

For large-scale or high-volume custom orders, we offer a proactive Strategic Partnership Program for after-sales support. As part of this program, we can negotiate the inclusion of a pre-determined quantity of spare parts and components to be delivered with the primary order. This initiative is designed to empower our customers with the ability to perform immediate on-site repairs, thereby ensuring maximum operational continuity and minimizing potential downtime.

3.3. After-Sales Support for Standard & Smaller Custom Orders

For warranty claims on standard or smaller-volume custom orders, we provide a Product Credit to the customer’s account. This credit will be equivalent to the value of the defective product and can be applied exclusively towards future purchases of Lithium Battery Company products. This system ensures our customers continue to benefit from our technology while allowing us to maintain a financially responsible and sustainable business model.

4. Quality Assurance & Performance Metrics

Our commitment to quality is backed by a data-driven approach to manufacturing and performance monitoring. To ensure transparency and build confidence with our partners, we actively track and maintain the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
MetricStandard MaintainedDescription
Warranty Claim Rate< 1%The percentage of products returned for warranty service annually.
First-Time Quality (FTQ)> 99.5%The percentage of products that pass all quality inspections on the first run.
Supplier Defect Rate< 0.5%The rate of defects found in incoming raw materials and components.
Our manufacturing process includes multi-stage inspections, full-cycle load testing, and environmental stress screening to ensure every product meets our high standards before shipment.
