Warranty
Lithium Battery Company guarantees that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for Five years from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes damage resulting from improper use, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. Upon validation of your claim, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Returns Policy
Standard Products
We offer a 30-day return policy for standard products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to a 15% restocking fee. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Customized Lithium-Ion Batteries
Please be aware that orders for customized lithium-ion batteries are non-refundable. By purchasing a customized battery, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Customized batteries are crafted to meet your specific requirements and, therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions
The aforementioned warranty and return policies do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or improper installation.
Liability
Lithium Battery Company is not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of use, revenue, or profit, or any other commercial or economic loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
