Compare 36V-class lithium battery packs by nominal voltage, capacity and chemistry for OEM equipment. Catalog from 10 units; custom design from 25.
Related catalog records with the same voltage, chemistry, and capacity are consolidated so buyers can compare meaningful pack options without repeated listings. Use these designs to compare capacity, chemistry, energy, enclosure, and discharge requirements.
The 36V label describes an equipment voltage class. Nominal voltage and full-charge voltage depend on cell chemistry and series count. Confirm the operating voltage window, continuous and peak current, duty cycle, runtime, reserve, regenerative current if applicable, charger profile, and physical envelope before choosing a pack.
Compare LFP and NMC chemistry, specify BMS protection and communications, and review charger compatibility. LBC then qualifies the electrical and mechanical interfaces for the application and intended production quantity.
Send a 36V battery project brief or browse application examples.
Custom lithium battery pack design starts with the equipment voltage window, load profile, required runtime, charger and mechanical envelope. LBC supports LFP and NMC pack design, BMS integration and custom manufacturing for qualified OEM volume programs.
These existing catalog designs are examples for an engineering review, not an application approval. Nominal voltage may differ from the equipment voltage class.
Review AGV/AMR requirements, UAV battery design, telecom backup and commercial energy storage. Compare 24V-class packs and 48V-class packs.
Request an OEM battery design review or configure your pack requirements. Catalog programs start at 10 units; custom programs start at 25 units.

Include the equipment application, operating voltage, continuous and peak load, runtime or capacity, charger, available space, BMS communications, first-order quantity and annual volume.
A reference design is a starting point. LBC reviews electrical, charging, mechanical, environmental and validation requirements before confirming a program specification.
