Battery Pack Voltage Categories
- 12V Lithium Battery Packs — Drop-in replacements for 12V lead-acid batteries. LFP chemistry for 3,000+ cycle life. Available from 5Ah to 200Ah. Applications: marine, RV, telecom, UPS, solar.

Battery Chemistry Selection Guide
LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate, LiFePO4): The correct chemistry for applications requiring long cycle life, thermal safety, and reliability. LFP delivers 3,000–6,000+ cycles to 80% capacity, does not enter thermal runaway under abuse conditions, and operates reliably from -20°C to +60°C. Nominal voltage: 3.2V per cell. Best for: telecom backup power, AGV and warehouse robotics, stationary energy storage, military ground vehicles, marine applications, and any application with daily cycling.
NMC (Nickel Manganese Cobalt, NCM): The correct chemistry for applications where energy density and weight are the primary constraints. NMC delivers 150–250 Wh/kg — 30–40% more energy per kilogram than LFP. Nominal voltage: 3.6–3.7V per cell. Best for: UAV and drone programs, portable soldier power systems, medical devices, and any application where pack weight directly impacts performance.
